Our 24Ft RV broke down on I-64 near Frankfort KY on the July 4th weekend. (of course!) CTS dispatch (Dana?) and professional driver Chris were VERY helpful in all aspects of this emergency. Dispatch was courteous, professional and helped us find a local hotel right near the RV dealership. Chris was extremely attentive, helping us unload/load a mountain of gear and getting us settled. Chris is mechanically competent, savvy, astute and provided adaptive service to overcome the challenge of moving this vehicle given the situation. We were in Lexington for the Horse Capitol Marathon/Half-Marathon. On our way home, on I-75 N, in a driving rain, my windshield wipers just STOPPED. I pulled over because I couldn't see. The rain wasn't going to let up for hours and we were a few miles from the next exit. I called CTS and the dispatcher/customer service woman told me they didn't have any trucks big enough to fit 4 (the driver and me, my husband, and mom). She gave me several numbers to try. Most were already closed since it was mid afternoon on a Saturday, or out of service. She told me if none of the places worked to call her back and she would keep trying. And she did. She worked to find us a towing service that could accommodate us and was super nice and compassionate to our stressful situation. So, while they didn't get the business, she did all she could to find us help. Commendable!

Absolutely wonderful! I had called other Tow companies for help. And none of them answered the phone or called me back. Yes it was a rainy day, but they were so nice. Told me it would take 2 hours for them to get to me. Got a phone call an hour and a half saying the driver was on his way. Jeff I think was his name, showed up and was so nice he even asked if he could help a guy that was parked next to me before we left. I had no problem with that since it's hard to find people nowadays that are willing to stop what they are doing to help another person. He was so helpful giving me ideas on what could be wrong with my car. It wasn't too expensive to have it towed with this company. Thank you so much for helping. I will definitely call again and refer others to this company. Absolutely amazing.

I had a great operator Jeffery who went out of his way to be of service to me after my truck decided to overheat. He came and picked up my trick and since I had to leave it without the keys, he came and picked up the keys from me!! It was such a tremendous help because I have 2 small kids and no ride to get to my truck to hand over the keys. Thank you, Jefferey!!

I would definitely recommend them for anyone in need of a tow. We broke down in Cinncinatti on a Sunday and they came out as quickly as possible to take care of our needs.

Jason is awesome!! He not only towed me but when I said the battery was totally dead, he jumped it within seconds. I'd been trying to jump it for two days with no luck! He is the best! Super nice and so helpful 😀

Jeffrey was VERY prompt and was agreeable to driving to my specific service station even though it was a little out of the way. Very considerate young man!
